Malski (jimmalski@actioncoach.com) began his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since then he has bought and sold 16 businesses and held a number of senior management positions, including president, COO, CFO, controller, and coaching entrepreneurs on how to profitably grow their organizations through sound financial and business-development practices. Malski is the founder of Westport-based ActionCOACH of Connecticut, recently recognized as one of the top three ActionCOACH offices in North America and top 20 worldwide.

During his career, he created a $100 million business, successfully managed multimillion dollar new products launches and headed strategic planning and marketing for a $1.5 billion company.

Introducing Paul Lavoie,
Certified Business Coach

Lavoie (paullavoie@actioncoach.com) has over 20 years senior leadership experience. Paul was the EVP, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Operations of a $52 million payment processing company and was instrumental in doubling in size of the company over a three year period. Paul was the VP, Sales for a publicly traded company and SVP, Retail Marketing for 375 million dollar company. Paul has several years experience in high growth companies and has built several high performing management and sales teams.

Introducing Kevin Jackson,
Certified Business Coach

Prior to joining Action, Jackson(kevinjackson@actioncoach.com) headed his own business coaching firm. Before that, he served with the U.S. Army, primarily in Iraq in engineering management capacities. He left the Army as a Captain after eight years of service. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri.
