Introducing Jim Malski,
President & Certified Business Coach
Jim Malski (jimmalski@actioncoachnow.net) began his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since then he has bought and sold 16 businesses and held a number of senior management positions, including president, COO, CFO, controller, and coaching entrepreneurs on how to profitably grow their organizations through sound financial and business-development practices. Malski is the founder of Westport-based ActionCOACH of Connecticut, recently recognized as one of the top three ActionCOACH offices in North America and top 20 worldwide.

Introducing Josh Slavitt,
Certified Business Coach
To help clients build their companies, Josh Slavitt (joshslavitt@actioncoachnow.net) draws upon a successful, high-level business career of more than 25 years. At the Philip Morris family of companies, which includes Kraft and Miller Brewing, he created and implemented programs that netted more than $600 million. He also selected and supervised more than 130 employees and consulting firms. Many of the employees he mentored have advanced to highly successful careers with major corporations. Prior to joining Action, Josh owned and operated his own Business Consulting practice.

Introducing Geri Sutton,
Business Development Manager
Previously Geri Sutton (gerisutton@actioncoachnow.net) was an account manger at CTM Media Group in Stamford where she was a consultant to NYC based tourism clients, implementing their brochure distribution programs and print marketing campaigns. Sutton also worked at the Hour Publishing Company in Norwalk for five years as an account executive. At the Hour, she was responsible for new business development and partnering with local businesses to plan effective display ad campaigns. A resident of Norwalk for over 35 years, she graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and is active in the community.
