I want to compliment and thank the ActionCOACH Next Level Firm on the success of our recent series of “coaching seminars” directed at my company’s clientele. The response to the four seminars was far more than I could have hoped.
As I had explained in my initial approach to you and your staff, the vast majority of our Landscape contractor clientele are forever consumed in working ‘in their business’ and not ‘on their business’. As a result of the superior, enthusiastic and incredibly informative seminars that you and your staff conducted here a the Bissett Nursery Corporation facilities, I can now say that the companies that attended are thinking ‘outside the box’ and now have an understanding of what ‘working on their business’ means.
I have seen a change in attitude and a much more ‘pro-active’ demeanor on the part of those company owners who, as a result of your seminars, now choose to think ‘isn’t that interesting’ instead of the usual ‘I know’ response when presented with new ideas. I have also seen those same people adopt an ‘above the line’ outlook on the challenges of our current economy. They now see and understand that these times present opportunity for those that choose not to blame and point fingers but to look within. I want you and your staff to take pride in the fact that this same group of contractors are as busy as they have ever been and they attribute it in part to what they learned from the ActionCOACH Next Level Firm.
So my friend, on behalf of Bissett Nursery, I again say thank you for a very successful seminar series. I will be contacting you right after the spring rush to put together another seminar schedule for mid summer and late fall-winter.
